- Ensure all items are packed neatly in its original condition- retaining labels, packing, and accessories in a clean box
- Insert a copy of the invoice in the box.

Under what circumstances will the refunds will be processed?
- Items received in its unused and original condition
- All claims of refunds will be entertained within 48 hours of delivery of the product
- No alterations and modifications of the products should have taken place.
- Return will be processed at the sole discretion of management.
If your refund requisition is Accepted:
- If you claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the source of payment, within 4 working days.
- You may also opt to park the funds with us for a purchase in the near future (2 month Validity) or choose any alternative product of your choice of the same value or of a higher value by paying the difference.
