Our Commitment 

Kay, the fashion bay is keen to provide its patrons with a high level of customer service, so as to ensure their complete satisfaction. We do a detailed quality check of the items before we ship them out. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us has not been received in good condition: if it is damaged or defective or if the product delivered differs from what you had expected, you may return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it: with it’s original packaging along with original tags for a refund or an exchange within two (2) days from the date on which these products have been delivered.

 The Customer should take note of the following
  • There may be certain variations between the product such as colours seen on website and the actual product.
  • Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off in spite of all prudent care.
  • Colours may bleed and fabrics may shrink due to their natural properties 
  • All claims of returns will be entertained within 48 hours of delivery of the product 
  • No Guarantee on any of our products. 
How do I begin ?

Clearly mention the following details on the email:

  • Order number in the subject
  • Your name 
  • Contact number 
  • Order number 
  • Barcode no. of the SKUs you wish to return along with the photograph of the items
  • Reason for return

On receipt of the email, we will mail you the shipping details. 

What do I need to do before shipping the returned Item(s)?

  • Ensure all items are packed neatly in its original condition- retaining labels, packing, and accessories in a clean box
  • Insert a copy of the invoice in the box.
  • Follow Shipping details as mentioned.

Under what circumstances will the refunds will be processed? 

  • Items received in its unused and original condition
  • All claims of refunds will be entertained within 48 hours of delivery of the product
  • No alterations and modifications of the products should have taken place.
  • Return will be processed at the sole discretion of management.

If your refund requisition is Accepted:

  • If you claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the source of payment, within 4 working days.
  • You may also opt to park the funds with us for a purchase in the near future (2 month Validity) or choose any alternative product of your choice of the same value or of a higher value by paying the difference. 

Who will bear the shipping cost of returns?

Shipping cost of the retuned products will be bourn by the customer.
